Therapy

We offer a broad range of general psychological services, including counselling, psychotherapy and assessment.

We use up-to-date, evidence-based treatments for psychological disorders including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, EMDR, hypnotherapy and mindfulness. We work with clients of all ages and backgrounds, including children and older adults, and are also accommodating of clients with special needs. We take pride in providing individualised treatment for every single client.

Our psychologists are not only qualified and experienced, but also friendly and accepting. Each psychologist has their own specialisations and areas of interest, and we aim to match each client with the most appropriate psychologist. Please see our psychologist’s biographies for more information about their interests and experience. Medicare rebates are available for psychological services by clients with a referral from a GP. Please note however that neurofeedback sessions and QEEG assessments are not covered by Medicare. Some private health funds also provide rebates for psychological services, depending on the fund and level of cover.

In addition to counselling and therapy we also offer a comprehensive range of psychological assessments, including psycho-educational, mood and behavioural assessments.
